I had the pleasure of working with Will Zimmer when looking for investment properties in the Chesterfield area in October 2021. I had an idea of what I wanted, but was unclear on the type of properties that would be the most stable and profitable in this area.

Will is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He brings a great deal of experience that most realtors do not possess. He did not just agree with what I thought might work, but went above and beyond to do additional research to give me options to make informed decisions. I ended up buying two properties with him and I am delighted with my purchases. As a matter of fact, a tenant has signed a lease on the first property and will be moving in this week. He will definitely be my go to realtor for any properties I am interested in for the future.
