Working with Will was a real treat. As a first time home buyer, Will was there to answer all my questions and concerns at all hours and weekends. Told me what he thought wasn't a good deal and what was. That sort of integrity in real estate is not easy to find. We ran into a few hiccups (as expected) but Will and his team really went the mile to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely recommend.

Will Dupuy went way above and beyond what most sellers' agents would do. While I was preparing my house for sale, he came by with his pick-up, loaded it with some things that needed to go to the dump, and drove them there himself. He personally put new covers on some of the electrical outlets, and helped me line up cleaning help, yard workers, and contractors. All the while he remained relaxed, upbeat and positive. His even temperament and sense of humor helped me get through some stressful and anxiety producing situations. He gave me great advice on pricing, amounts to spend on various improvements, and how to field the offers that came in. I remain ever grateful to have had him as my listing agent, and I highly recommend his services.
