William Feehan

A local realtor for over six years, William was raised in Mantoloking and has spent the last 40 years living at the ocean. As a witness to the growth and gradual changes of coastal Monmouth and Ocean Counties, he has experienced firsthand how the area has transformed into one of the East Coasts most sought-after communities.

Prior to becoming a realtor, William spent 15 years in the franchise business, as both a franchisee and a corporate representative. William has integrated this knowledge into his real estate career. He values strong relationships as the core to his business. William has helped many new and seasoned real estate investors to identify a successful strategy in achieving their real estate investment goals. Williams’ dedication to his career has rewarded him with the “Circle of Excellence Award” the past 5 years.

In an effort to take his career to the next level William has joined Remax Revolution for their superior tools, growing technology and powerful brand, enabling him to provide his clients the service they deserve. Together with Elizabeth Paquet, a realtor with a strong construction background and his longtime companion, they have launched WE Real Estate Advisors. Bill and Liz will help guide their clients to success, with a strong focus on fostering long term relationships.

When not working, William volunteers his time as a Manasquan Mid-Monmouth Basketball Coach. He loves to surf, spend time with his large family, and play guitar
