Will is a fantastic realtor who pours his heart and soul into the task of representing his clients’ interests and facilitating their home buying process. He was a great guide and really helped me, a first time home buyer, to understand my options and responsibilities every step of the way. He has great insights on the potential areas to add equity in homes with his renovation experience. I always felt good knowing he was in my corner in negotiations and interactions with lenders, title company, sellers, etc. I would highly recommend trusting Will with all of your realtor needs!

Having Will as our realtor was like having a really good friend who knows the business help us buy a house. He walked us through the process as first time homebuyers and calmly explained everything to us when we had questions. Buying a house can be stressful and competitive, but with Will, we were able to maintain a sense of calm around the entire process. He helped us keep perspective when an offer wasn’t selected and never pressured us to increase our offer if we weren’t comfortable. He also helped us figure out what types of improvements we would be able to do, given our budget, time and expertise. This patience ultimately led us to our dream house, which hit all of our needs and was well within our price range. I should note too that a few weeks into our housing search, COVID-19 shut down most of the city. Will never pressured us to continue visiting houses and took so many precautions when it came to safety. Even after we bought the house, Will helped us with a few small projects that are easily done at home, but as first time homeowners, we were unsure about. While I don’t doubt that Will can help any client with their needs, I especially recommend him to any first time homebuyers. The process can be overwhelming and intense, but Will made it manageable and joyful. Thank you, Will!
