I met Bill over a year ago in connection with the sale of an apartment that needed a significant amount of work. Some brokers probably would have walked away from the opportunity recognizing the amount of effort required to sell the apartment. That was not the case with Bill. He was affable, thoughtful, strategic and persistent in a low key way. He never said no to any request I made and was always willing to go the extra mile. Bill is an excellent professional and an even better person and he was successful selling the apartment.
