Thank you for taking the time to read about me.

I have been working in the Real Estate Industry for over 15 years. Mostly behind the scenes in research, analytics, and providing support to national customers.

Our office is located in the heart of Anaheim, on Harbor Boulevard, just north of Lincoln. Being a former resident of eight years in Orange County and a current resident in Riverside County since 2003, along with my additional exposure with Real Estate data and analytics and nearly three decades working at various levels of customer services and client support, I enjoy being able to roll this up into what I anticipate to be a great experience for my clients.

My favorite area to work is here in Victoria Grove. I actively attend and participate in the monthly Homeowner Association meetings. On occassions, providing Real Estate information to the board members that is not readily accessible to them.

We contacted William Lopez to show us homes in Riverside's Victoria Grove neighborhood. From the 1st time meeting him, he made us feel so comfortable. He spent a lot of time showing us homes, and sometimes the same home several times. We ended up putting an offer on a home that was a short sale. We employed the services of William back in August of 2010 to have him help us buy a house. It took about 8 months and multiple visits to different homes but we finally found one we liked and in our price range in April 2011. Throughout the entire process from looking, all the way through the loan process William went above and beyond what we expected. He was knowledgable in all aspects from home inspection to loan docs to some small repairs we needed to make before the loand could be approved. He stayed up many late nights preparing paperwork and made everything more than convenient for us. I would not recommend anyone else to help buy or sell a home and I will defintely be contacting him again when/if I ever need to buy or sell my next home. 5 stars, hand down.
