We were first time home buyers who did not know a thing about the process. That didn't matter to Will! He took us under his wing, talked us through the process, helped us find financing with an excellent loan officer and showed us so many houses. Will took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a home (even when we didn't know ourselves :) ) and found listings that fit the bill. When it came to a home we loved, he worked out an excellent offer and had us closing within a month. I would recommend Will to anyone looking to buy a home! My fiancé and I met Will a couple months back and I am now writing this review from our dream home. Pretty much from the start, he became a friend who we honestly believe had our best interests in mind. Will was a awesome agent to work with and would highly recomend him to anyone. We had put a contract on our first house went to the home inspection where we found too many issues to live with so we dropped the contract. Will was there every step of the way and then he helped us found a second amazing home that is more then we could ever ask for. All in all he has been in there every step of the way and met each step with as much enthusiasm as every other step. Highly highly highly recommend Will!

I can't even begin to explain how great of an experience it was working with Will. As a first time home buyer I was quite intimidated about the process all together, but that honestly went out the window when working with him. If you're looking for someone who will not give up on finding your home, not your house, and someone who will put in late hours just to set up a showing with you, then without a doubt in my mind I recommend Will. I didn't really choose Will when looking for a realtor, but if I knew him and had to start the process all over again, then I honestly would not choose anyone else. 10 out of 10.
