As the Managing Realtor in the Newell office, Bill oversees the day-to-day business and helps our agents with wise advice. In 1989 Bill received his real estate and auctioneer licenses. He is a realtor, and member of the NAR, ECAR, NAA and OAA. Bill enjoys representing buyers and sellers. He feels a successful transaction is when “buyer and seller feel they were treated fairly.”

Bill and his wife, Barb, have three children and grandchildren as well. They have lived their entire lives in Carroll County. They are active in their church and community. Bill has been a board member for several local organizations, such as church elder, Carroll County Soil & Water, Carroll County Hospice and Carroll County Farm Bureau. His love for his Creator, family, and community is evident in the way he conducts himself and his business.
