William Paquin

Will is our multi-family expert. He enjoys working with investors and finding the right fit for your next investment property! He continues this past the closing date by owning and operating his own property management company.

His eagerness for adventure and the desire to see and experience all that the world has to offer was never quite strong enough to keep Will away from his home state of Vermont. The beautiful landscape of which he has grown to love, not to mention the draw that only growing up in a large family can have, has kept Will returning home, time and again.

Born and raised in Vermont, Will grew up in the tiny village of North Bennington with an extensive family that included his parents, Tom and Marty, grandmother, Ethel (who lived to be 111!), three siblings and various other family members, too numerous to list.

Always an explorer at heart, Will has enjoyed many adventures in his life – so far. To name just a few, as a young man he earned the honors of becoming an Eagle Scout, went to college in New Orleans, was trained in Lomi-Lomi massage in Hawaii, and hiked the Appalachian trail. While traversing the trail from Georgia to Maine for six months, Will had a bit of time to think about a few things. He must have gotten too much sun along the way as he came up with the idea of starting his own property rental business. Will could not get this idea out of his head so what else could he do but to go for it. Thankfully he found Maple Leaf Realty to help him in this process and now, more than eight years later, he is a successful property owner, with multiple rental units.

Will has extensive knowledge of this business and he is ready and eager to help you find your ideal property and is the perfect person to get to know as someone who can share his excitement and enthusiasm for our area.

Will has been described as intelligent, friendly, loyal and honest. Will is a husband and beloved Dad to two young ladies and he also enjoys spending time with his amazing companion, a Bernese Mountain dog named Benson.
