Will is the type of real estate agent who goes the extra mile for his clients. He worked with us for well over a year to find our perfect home. Will exhibits exceptional knowledgeable about real estate and is absolutely a joy to work with. He is patient, professional, never flustered, flexible, and completely in line with the needs and wishes of his clients. Will showed us houses in several different towns and worked so hard for us to find the house of our dreams. As an example of just one of Will's many wonderful ways in which he shows his dedication to his clients, I can't help but highlight an instance in which we considered a house that looked great in pictures, though wondered about the layout of the backyard. Without even asking, Will took the initiative to go and take pictures of the backyard layout to help determine if we would want to schedule a showing of the house. I can't say enough to show our appreciation for a truly consummate professional we had the pleasure to work with. Will is a one in a million real estate agent!

William Roggi is an amazing real estate agent who got me the home I never thought i could get. From the beginning of the house hunt till the end of closing he was professional and supportive. He takes his career seriously and is never afraid to delve deep into any issues. He will make the calls and ask the questions that need to be asked. I had lost my loan at the last minute due to technicalities, he was able to help me find a new lender and saved the home sale. He respects your opinion, but is not afraid to give his own so you can see all the angles, I highly recommend him if your looking for the home of your dreams!

Will was a great realtor. He helped me and my mother complete a purchase on a house and provided excellent peace of mind throughout the process. He was very responsive and didn't mind when we requested showings in out of the way locations and with short notice. More importantly, he didn't try to push us to properties that were outside our price range. I strongly recommend him if you are looking for a house in Connecticut.
