Meet Bill Thompson: Your Michigan Real Estate Agent

A graduate of Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Kellogg Community College, I specialize in the sale of existing homes, helping buyers and relocations in the Michigan Area. I have been in the real estate business for most of my life. I grew up helping my parents with the family business of acquiring homes to flip or rent. They had over 30 homes at one time! Since real estate was in my blood, I decided to get my Real Estate Sales License in 1996 and my Real Estate Associate Brokers License in 2006. Prior to getting my real estate sales license I oversaw the marketing and sales of a multimillion-dollar account for a Fortune 500 company in the Metro Detroit Area.

Leveraging my experience from the family real estate business and a successful marketing/sales account manager, I am known for outstanding client service 27/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, personal touches and as a skilled negotiator with my client's best interest at heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight, so that my clients make the best decisions possible. I am honest, sometimes telling clients things they might not want to hear, hardworking and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry. Having over 800 Successful real estate transactions gives me the expertise to help my clients get the best possible service.

I Believe in Giving Back

I am a firm believer in giving back and am particularly passionate about helping people with cancer treatment and suicide awareness. I have made significant donations of my commission dollars to West Michigan Cancer Center and Suicide Prevention & Awareness of Calhoun County.

In my free time

I love to listen to audio books, cook, kayaking, travel and watch football.
