William Winstead

William Winstead has been an active member of the Park City Board of Realtors® since 1992. A certified Residential Specialist and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, William has owned and operated his own real estate company in Park City, and is a lifetime member of the Park City Board of Realtors® Professional Achievement Award Designees.


William’s extensive experience in Development, Construction and as a Real Estate Investor contributes to his specialization in Luxury Single Family Homes, Condominiums and Ranch properties, a knowledge nurtured through experience dating back to his first Park City Real Estate investment in 1977. He actively keeps himself and clients apprised of the Park City Real Estate Market. William’s deep-rooted understanding of the local Real Estate Market and years of experience help buyers and sellers achieve their ultimate goals to live happily ever after in Park City.


His mission statement of “Influencing Through Integrity” shows in all aspects of William’s Real Estate transactions, as he provides a wealth of knowledge and facts enabling his client to have the ability to make a comprehensive final decision.
