Bill took the time to listen to my wants and needs when it came to finding a house. Also, when I reached out to him via email or text, he made sure he got back to me in a timely manner. Doesn’t waste time in setting up appointments for you. You just tell him what house you’re interested in seeing, you give him your availability, and without hesitation he will set it up for you. By no means he will force you to buy a home. He’s there to help you through the process and he says right out that you need to picture yourself living here. He is very honest, will tell you how it is, and he is very knowledgeable about real estate. If you’re looking for a realtor whether you’re buying or selling, I recommend Bill and I am definitely recommending him to friends, family, colleagues, etc. When you want the best and top of the line, you can count on Bill!

Bill was an amazing realtor. We were very picky buyers, and Bill was patient throughout the whole process. We have worked with other realtors in the past that you could tell just wanted a sale but Bill really took his time with us, and did not try to push any houses on us. Also, he was vey knowledgeable about houses which was our favorite part about him. He was able to point out issues with houses that we may have to fix so we could take that into consideration when making our purchase. I rarely give anyone a 5 star rating but Bill definitely measures up to it :)
