Absolute pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend! We have known and worked with Willie & Laurelle for over a decade and known them in many capacities of real estate: landlord/tenant, buyer’s agent and seller’s agent. We have gone through 4 different transactions with them in very different markets. Despite anything that we have faced- we have always come out on top thanks to them. They are always on time, honest and friendly and creative with their platforms, marketing and approach. We’ve never been left waiting on their end and through each transaction, we have grown to feel like we’ve had friends at our side with them. I can’t imagine having done any of it without them. On top of that, they have always helped us get the most for our money and get the best return on our investment. We are completely satisfied! Thank you Willie & Laurelle at Whole Life Properties! Your approach to real estate is refreshing and much needed in today’s market!

There really isn’t much more to say other than if you want to work with some of the best in the biz, give Willie and Laurel a call. You won’t regret it.

Our home search started in 2021. January 2021. It was a long journey to finally closing. A year actually. The biggest reason I think it took so long is because Willie and Laurelle weren’t the first agents we worked with. I had gotten a great recommendation to work with them from a good friend, but for whatever reason decided not to go in that direction. I won’t go into details on that experience, but needless to say it led to burn out and a pause in our home search. When we decided to start again, I gave Willie a call. We immediately jived and he really understood our frustrations, but also what we were looking for and had so much great advice on the market, the process, and setting the right expectations with us. Every time we discussed an offer on a home, Willie gave us honest and solid advice. It’s a crazy market, but we always came in at a top 2-3 offer on any home we bid on. Again, great counseling on Willie and Laurelle’s end on here. We didn't land some of these because we weren’t willing to waive all contingencies in some cases. In others, there was slightly different terms that were more favorable to the seller, but our offer prices was solid. We knew this because Willie was great with building relationships with seller agents and following up afterward to get the intel. We got none of this the first time we started our hunt. While we didn’t get many offers accepted (though we did submit several counters and were runner-ups), we never felt like we didn’t go in strong and didn't felt pressured into making a bad decision. That really speaks to the integrity that Willie and Laurelle have. We finally landed our new home 3 months after starting to work with Willie and Laurelle (not a bad turn around given we were looking for like 4-5 months the first time before giving up and pausing). Going into that offer, we knew we had a solid shot based on all the details Willie gave us. After we closed I had the chance to speak with the sellers. They mentioned to me that Willie and Laurel were one of the biggest reasons that they selected our offer. They said that the way that we were represented really resonated with them and sealed the deal (in fact, they said they were going to use a similar approach in the home search they were doing at the time). I think it was just the authenticity of it that stuck out.

We can’t thank Willie and Laurelle enough. We’re grateful to have partnered with them and we know who to call if we are ever on the hunt again or need to sell our home.

We were elbows-deep in the search for our first home; trudging through countless online listings, attending dozens of showings, tallying endless lists of housing pros-and-cons… We had struck out on multiple offers before contacting Willie to represent us, a decision which culminated in us finally becoming homeowners!

Willie came into our lives at exactly the right time with the exact right attitude — he was incredibly generous with his knowledge, answering all of our (*many*) questions promptly and with clarity. His confidence and kindness helped ease all of the anxiety that we had felt up to that point. Willie was always available for a phone call or a text, which is something we especially appreciated as first-time homebuyers in the 2022 post-pandemic market. With his guidance, we were able to get our offer accepted for an absolute dream of a home. We can’t thank him enough for being our partners in this process!
