I just bought my dream house using Willow Gramm as my buying agent. A nice secrete bonus about having Willow as your agent is that you'll implicitly have her husband George Gramm, another agent, work for you. So you get two great agents for the price of one (or the price of none in my case because Seller paid Willow a commission). I'm good with my corporate job, but I know nothing about buying or maintaining a house. The husband/wife team helped me everything, from confirming that the property is worth buying, to drafting and negotiating the contract, finding a lawyer for me, lining up contractors to clean the duck and the wood floor after I bought the house. While I was busy doing my corporate day job as usual, they pretty much did everything for me. I just needed to wire my down payment and the other closing costs to the title company and sign the final contract. Things couldn't be easier! If you want to buy a house at the Bloomington/Normal area and are unsure about yourself, give Willow a try. You'll have two agents who know the local market work for you possibly for the price of none!

I was looking for houses remotely and Willow visited the residences in person and we video chatted to go over a handful of the houses.
