Wilson is the best agent I known in the Bay Area. He is an expert on houses, despite the property is single family, townhouse or condo/apartment.

Wilson has full skills and knowledges on the realty, when you go see a house with him, he can point out all the pro and cons of the property, his analysis covered the current status of the house(from roof to base), the community and commuting, the potential value growth in the future. If you choose Wilson as your agent, you don’t need to worry about any unseen problem of the house, as with many years experience, he can reveal it and point out to you.

Great Communication:
Wilson has great communication skills with customers, agents and owners. Select Wilson as your representative you don’t need to worry about any miscommunications. He can also build a harmonious and peaceful relationship with agent and owner.

Action Fast:
Wilson makes the process move fast and smooth. Anytime you have any questions to reach out to him, he will reply fast and explain everything related to you to make sure you fully understand the answer of the question. When the trading process started, he will follow up on every details and update to you to make sure you have aware of it, and make you have confidence on the process.

I had a great experience working with Wilson. If you need a real estate agent/loan officer, wilson is the one! He took the time to understand our needs and exactly what we were looking for in an investment property . He took us through the process step by step with detailed explanation. Wilson did an awesome job preparing and educating us about the market situation and was not only able to find us identify the right locations, but also he took his time to analyze pros and cons of each property. It was not an easy process for a first time investor to buy an investment property in today's market. Wilson completely exceeded my expectations.
