Win has lived in the South her entire adult life – from Atlanta to Richmond, to Charlotte - - and now Pawleys Island. Her husband (Jim) and she are enjoying their permanent home here in Pawleys. They have two grown children, Jay (and his wife Katie) in Houston and Cayt (and her husband Ryan) in Atlanta. They are truly blessed with three grandchildren, one in Houston and two in Atlanta! She traded her career of teaching (12 years) for her real estate career 17 years ago. Through personal experience, she understands first-hand the emotional and often stressful situations that can occur when buying or selling your home.
