Windy was absolutely amazing and on top of each and every detail of our purchase. I’ve been through many real estate transactions and knew what needed to be addressed and followed up. Windy did it all without me having to prompt or ask her. From start to finish, Windy was excellent. Windy sold our house within a week and I'm positive that if I needed to sell 1,000 more, she'd still be my first, second and third choice.  She's the best communicator I've ever worked with, knows the market inside and out, kept me well informed, and is an expert dealing with mortgages.   Whatever it is, she gets it done.  Set the bar as high as you'd like, she won't disappoint.

Windy helped us through the rental process here in New York as we were moving from the west coast. We were interested in a house we had not seen in person ourselves and she helped us through it all taking time to negotiate with the homeowner for us. Windy recently represented us as our seller. Even though we live 1.5 hours from her location, she was responsive, prompt, diligent and very respectful. She followed COVID protocols, and ensured that any visitors to our house did as well. She was alert to see that our property was respected, she communicated clearly, she prompted others to communicate, if communication was lagging. Windy is highly alert, very bright, pleasant, communicative, responsive and professional. She is also assertive and determined when needed, yet I never saw her be rude or vulgar. I highly recommend her as your Realtor.

We absolutely loved having Windy as our realtor! She has great a knowledge about houses and construction. She didn't just tell us what was good about the house but even let us know what could be potential problems. She has a lot of energy and is definitely a get things done realtor. Other realtors just show you a house and wait for a commission, Windy really helped us with the process. Our closing didn't go smoothly due to COVID and sellers issues, but Windy helped us overcome all those challenges. Instead of our closing being pushed back a month and us losing money. We closed just 2 weeks later, saved lots of money, and got the house we wanted with additional perks added! Having the right realtor that knows how, and is willing to advocate for you makes a big difference. Windy is honest, friendly, and down to earth. We really enjoyed working with Windy and highly recommend her to everyone weather they are buying or selling.
