Winnie Chicoine

For the past 25+ years, Winnie has enjoyed helping people from multiple locations and situations achieve homeownership. Her goal is to provide superb customer service and seamless communication to make each real estate transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. Since 1996, Winnie has gained experience in the industry as a top-selling agent, Sales Manager, and Real Estate Consultant.

Licensed and living in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, she can offer a broad range of knowledge on what different areas of New England have to offer. Winnie has sold property from the South Shore to the Lakes Region of New Hampshire where she spends most of her time enjoying the area with her husband and Goldendoodle Sunny.

Winnie is a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI®) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. She especially enjoys assisting seniors through what can be a sensitive and daunting process of downsizing and moving into the next phase of their life.

Her husband is a retired Air Force Veteran of 20 years and is currently an IT Professional in Lexington, MA. Winnie is experienced in multiple long-distance moves from Europe to the U.S. and crosses countries within the U.S.

She believes in giving back and supporting the local organizations such as Veterans Count, Edge for Vets, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army and has worked with Boy Scouts of America and Kiwanis International.
