Winnie Skarpalezos

Winnie Skarpalezos grew up in a real estate family. Her father enjoyed a successful real estate career as a residential and commercial broker. Winnie’s father and brother encouraged her to start a career in real estate. Her first week, she had a sale and knew she was in the right field. Winnie was named Rookie of the Year in 1999 by the Golden Isles Association of Realtors. She has also been a member of the Circle of Excellence Million Dollar Club and is a graduate of the Georgia Association of Realtors Leadership Academy. Winnie enjoys facilitating transactions with all parties involved - from the client to the inspector to the attorney to the bank. In every transaction, Winnie brings hard work, honesty and follow through. Winnie was born and raised on St. Simons Island. She enjoys the beach and cycling year-round. And she loves a nice boat ride on the many rivers nearby.
