James was referred to me by a friend because they had such a positive experience working with him and James did not disappoint. I was a first time home buyer and told him I had no clue what I was doing and he was very professional and guided me every step of the way. He was quick to show me house's and quick to respond to any text or call and believe me there were many..lol but James was always there to answer. I would definitely recommend him!

Working with James was a pleasure. He handled the sale of our home and the purchase of our land at the same time. As we were getting ready to list our home on the market, we had an unexpected expense that left us short for our new flooring in our house. We were upset becasue we wanted new flooring to help with the sale of our home and to maximaze our profits. James found a flooring company for us that did our flooring and took the payment from the payout of our home after it sold, which was so nice for us, becasue we didn't have to worry about putting the flooring on a line of credit, since we had also started a land/construciton loan. Also, one month prior to using James, we had a differernt realtor tell us our home would sell for 380-400k. When we met James he was sure we could easily sell the home for 470k or more, and it did, 501k! James was in constant communitcaiton with us, he always responed fast whether it was text, calls, or emails. He is definalty a realtor who will advacate for you and thinks outside the box to accomplish the needs of his clients. We were very blessed to have him as a realtor by our side, and we would highly recomend him! B&K Hammer

It was a pleasure working with James to find our new home. He is a true professional. He was there to answer all our question, He kept the line of communication open, which I feel is one of the most important aspects of his job.
