Responsive. Presentable. Informed. **Avail*ability**. I had the opportunity to move, with pet, to the Sunshine state from New England 1yr after the 2020 pandemic. Noticeably, there were many others making there own transition down too which hit the market heavy. I tried over 8 agents who had multi listings and 2 replied before going dark. Then I reached a beacon, Ximena, who responded within 24hrs of my inquiry and connected me with Julianna, her assistant, for some background info. We got thru many showings, even 1 where the keys didn’t work bcs realtor changed locks, and her persona was pleasant. Omg. The way the ‘market moves’ in Miami is definitely different and she answered concerns either beforehand or as it arose. Was able to finally settle on a property within 2 wks. Total time to getting keys took about another 1.5 wk due to association logistics. I’m home now, comfy, relaxing, almost ready to mingle. Thanks So much Ximena and Julianna. I’d go on tho .....
