Driven by innate analytical skills and a passion for data, Xin is a powerful real estate ally. Her business model hinges on expertise, integrity, and diligence— guaranteeing the best execution no matter the challenge. She views every transaction with a new client as the beginning of a life-long relationship; as such, Xin prioritizes her clients’ needs above all else. Her keen mind and detailed, data-based approach have generated an impressive record of securing real estate assets for tech executives and young entrepreneurs around the globe.
Areas Of Expertise
Xin is dedicated to the Mid-Peninsula communities of Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, and Atherton, accumulating first-hand knowledge of each community to help clients make highly informed decisions. An active participant in the local market, Xin frequently studies fluctuations and records her findings. A Successful Program
Much of Xin’s approach is informed by her extensive financial background. Before entering real estate, Xin thrived as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and spent over a decade as a stock analyst and fund manager at premier firms like Fidelity. To her, listing a home is similar to helping a company go public, so she created a matching program of due diligence, preparation, early marketing, and careful pricing, followed by additional marketing. When assisting buyers, Xin embraces transparency while structuring her clients’ priorities in a manner that achieves the best long-term effects.
Upbringing + Education
Although a native Chinese, Xin grew up in Tokyo and is fluent in both Japanese and Mandarin—an invaluable asset to an international clientele. She received her bachelor's degree from Japan’s Waseda University then earned an MBA from U Penn’s Wharton School, achieving a dual major in finance and marketing.
