Xine was born and raised in Virginia. In 1987, after extensive traveling and living in various countries, including Canada, England, and the Bahamas, she settled in Richmond. Richmond called to her with the song of its global appeal that she so loves.
Xine enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, music, fine art, and is an avid football fan. She has worked in a wide variety of industries that reflect many of her interests from jewelry and numismatics to floral design and music. She has three cats and two snakes and is well known in her community for her animal rescue endeavors. She opens her heart and her home to nearly any animal in need of care.
