Tina was the CEO and founder of Near By Insurance Agency located in Oakland, California. Her agency services clients across the State of California and offers a wide range of insurance and financial products. She has become highly regarded by her clients in this field and has taken the time to earn her clients’ trust and has a dedicated, loyal client base. She draws upon this expertise to provide her real estate clients the best service possible.

Tina was born in Beijing, China, and obtained her undergraduate degree in Textile Technology at Beijing Union University. She moved to the United States in 2006 and is fluent in Mandarin and English. She lives in California with her three kids and her dog Edgar who was adopted from Baja directly. She enjoys spending time with her kids, camping, biking, paddle boarding and traveling. She is currently learning surfing as a new sport.
