Yadira was the agent for the house we purchased last February. Yadira was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house even giving us ideas on how to better utilize the space. We thought it was going to be hard to search for a house in a different City, but she made everything go smoothly and stress free as we were first time home buyer’s.

Yadira was always available to answer our questions and concerns. She was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range!

Yadira found our dream home! Her advice and support through closing was invaluable. I can’t speak highly enough of her as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and had work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. Yadira found and arranged to show us a list of homes in our price-range and in the areas we wanted, when we decided to bid on a few she sent us the docusign paperwork to sign online and worked back and forth with us and the sellers until everything we needed or was recommended was managed all the way through the process and the keys to our new home were in our hands. Selling your home in the midst of an interest rate hike and post school-calendar lull is hard, but our realtor really showed her skills in beautifully staging our home and even making us doubt our decision to sell once we saw our home’s potential!

Buying our new home in a new city was hard because we knew we could only afford a a fixer-upper. We were able to buy our new home with larger square footage and a great footprint with the same realtor, she understood our needs and most importantly the safety of our kids. She made quick offers, strong negotiations, and knew the background of each home that helped us understand the challenges in each deal.

The difficulties in our purchase was a 45 day closing instead of a 10 day like we offered, a break-in while closing and a follow-up price negotiation, and overall managing our emotions, were her buying strengths.

We are so happy with our home, the new city and the 75K below purchase price negotiations that has allowed us to customize our house into a new dream home. Thank you, Yadira!

There are no words to describe the gratitude we feel towards Yadira and all her help and guidance with our journey as first time home buyers.

The professionalism and patience she had with us through this process was exceptional. As first time home buyers we were highly uneducated in how this works, but Yadira made it simple and directed us to what we needed to do. I learned so much about the home buying process due to Yadira’s knowledge and experience!!

I was anxious to get a home as soon as possible, and with the market the way it has been, I know many people doubted we would end up getting a home this week. Within 2 months we had closed the home we had been manifesting. Just like with every journey, there are highs and lows, but Yadira was there at every step and her encouragement made the lows not as bad.
