Yameil Nunez’s path to real estate came from her travels around the music world. While performing and visiting different places, she became fascinated by the way people live, the history of architecture, and the different housing models.

She began by investing in a rental property while maintaining a deep connection with the music business and a passion for traveling and meeting new people. After realizing the potential of real estate as a vehicle to helping others reach their goals of homeownership, and securing their financial future through investment properties, she embarked on a career in real estate.

She quickly immersed herself in the industry. While primarily focused on Dutchess, Ulster, and Orange County, Yameil represents buyers, and sellers all over New York and has a wide network of resources throughout the country. Yameil is a certified VA Loan agent, and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, NYSAR, DCAR. She speaks fluent Spanish, volunteers as a prison consultant for families of the incarcerated, and is a member of the Broadway Coalition, Theater of Change in NYC.
