Buying your first home is emotionally unforgettable and it's a lifetime memory. This cannot be repeated twice. The day when you finally hold the keys in your hands, and your realtor is sincerely happy to close the escrow, is comparable to the birth of a child or getting married.
I would like to thank Yana Beranek from the bottom of my heart for taking us by the hand and leading through all the procedures, documents and difficult situations to the house of our dreams.
I will never forget the day when we first entered Yana's office at Berkshire Hathaway. We were lost, frustrated, almost certain that nothing would work out for us and it would be very difficult to buy a house.
Before Yana, there were many realtors who refused to work with us, looked at our case formally and showed no real interest.
Yana works with small budgets as great as closing $16 million listings. She has a personal touch to each client, she worries, turns on and always finds alternative methods of resolving the issue. It seems that nothing is impossible for her. She is very inspiring and motivating. She is attractive, charming, has an incredible personality and is a strong person. I want to learn a lot from her. Yana first made us fall in love with houses and showed us the options, then she explained everything about the market and taught us how to choose houses. I met Yana for a showing I found on Zillow, she was immediately responsive and available to meet on a short notice. I explained to her that I'm in a rush to sign an move in as I had to travel that weekend. She showed me the apartment I loved it, the next day she helped me through the application process, the following day I signed and the day after I got the key, from the day I saw the apartment until I was able to move in was about 3 days, which is breaking every record I ever heard of, all thanks to Yana's professional approach and responsiveness. Since I moved she helped me sort out the apartment's functions, and made sure I have everything in good working condition, communicating with the landlord on my behalf and accompanying me while I settle in, I couldn't be more grateful to her for all her help, she made my dream come true. She is the one who raised the real estate comps for this area by selling our newly built house.

We reached out to Yana Beranek asking for help finding a condo for me and my family. She was very responsible and professional. She was very patient with us and everything we were looking for in a condo. She was sending us listings every day and making appointments for us to see different condos. Yana is a fantastic realtor! We had such a great experience with her. She helped us sell our condo and buy our first house! There were small bumps in the process as expected and she handled them impeccably well! She is very knowledgeable and really has your best in mind. Yana is an extremely knowledgeable and patient agent and helped us navigate the crazy Los Angeles real estate market with our best interests in mind. She was like our personal advisor and went out of her way to research homes that would fit our criteria and budget, prepared comparable market pricing analysis and gave us valuable advice to help us buy a home in an extremely competitive market.
Yana was always extremely responsive, thorough, and prepared multiple offers for us in a short amount of time. It took us about 3 months to find a home, Yana was very patient and kept us positive during our search and showed us dozens of homes. She also coordinated home inspections for us, reviewed the findings and provided us good advice. She has an in depth understanding of the legal terms & conditions within each contract and educated us on the whole process from submitting an offer, loan application and closing through escrow.
