Me and my wife recently used Cohen & Co's Services when we began to look for a home to purchase. We both were very stressed at the beginning because we knew buying a property isn't simple. However, right off the bat Yaniv Stephanie and Vanessa took a lot of that stress off our shoulders. We noticed the level of preparation and experience these put into helping us out, we had previous reference from my sister in law but honestly I was surprised. Didn't take much work to find a house we liked and submitted and offer, but as you guessed market is crazy so we didn't get it. However, we felt a lot more comfortable with the process after that first try just like Yaniv and Stephanie mentioned, so we kept looking and not long after that we found a home loved. We submitted the offer and shortly after that it was accepted, even the realtor from the seller got a great vibe from Stephanie and decided to move on with our offer which was the same as another buyer. We got the house and are currently moving in, but it honestly felt like a walk through the park, despite today's market. These guys literally though of everything, from checking in every day to sending a checklist for our move date to not forget to turn off any services or call to change the address, coordinating a pizza on the day of the move, literally EVERYTHING for us to feel great! haha. If you're looking for a realtor, don't keep searching, these are your guys! I told them already but thank you to the entire team for providing such a fantastic service!

Yaniv delivered well beyond what he promised. He was a super negotiator and on several occasions, he persuaded potential buyers to increase their offers!
In spite of our 3-hr time difference, he would return my calls promptly, even if it was 10p at night in Florida! He was far superior to other Real Estate Companies I’ve worked with in the past. Congratulations Cohen & Company!! Way to go Yaniv! We were introduced to Yaniv after we had a deal gone badly with another Real Estate Company. We were completely devastated, since we had already closed on our new house we built out of state and already moved all of our furnishings. We called Yaniv who immediately called us back and met with us that afternoon. Yaniv is very professional, personable, polite, flexible and never pushy with a great sense of humor. Yaniv listened intently to our needs & concerns and within minutes of our conversation; we could determine his extensive knowledge of the real estate business. Yaniv educated us with the extensive market activity within the communities, prior sales & shared reviews along with proposals of how to market our house to sell as quickly as possible. Yaniv was always open to any suggestions. He set us up on Showing Time mobile app to manage our showings, sent daily market emails & weekly conference calls to go over market activity & provide feedback on any showings. Yaniv had featured our house on his mailed Ads. A few weeks after we listed, unfortunately Covid-19 global pandemic hit & basically shut down all real estate dealings, but as soon as real estate was deemed essential business, Yaniv’s creative ideas updated our MLS listing to show that we still were showing house within the CDC guidelines, showings started again & within a week we got the call from Yaniv, “We have a full price offer.” Yaniv reviewed contract & negotiated suggestions to protect our interests, communicated with us with any updates, set us up with the closing attorney to complete out of state closing. Your company goes above and beyond what I've seen from other realtors. The communication lines are always open; the quality of your web interface, for presenting listings of interest, is very user friendly; the honesty in managing expectations always has the client's best interests in mind; the quality of ancillary services (home inspection, lenders, closing agent, tradesmen) is always top notch.

Yaniv does a good job at respecting wishes and was always just a phone call away. A rather unique and different circumstance presented itself with the layout and repairs of the home, but he prevailed; paying nice attention to detail and went above and beyond during closing week
