What can I say other than Yara is heaven sent! She is the best realtor and only realtor that I work with. I had the pleasure of meeting her a few years back when she help me purchase my parent’s home in Yonkers. I put her through a lengthy process. After a year of showings, I found the one, a short sale. Yara never discouraged me about the long process and stood by my side the additional 18 months it took for the seller’s bank to finally approve the sale. She saw my vision and was there every step of the way and for that I will be forever grateful. She showed me compassion, patience and encouragement!

Forward to 2023, I was ready to buy my own property, and I called Yara once again. She help me buy my co-op in Yonkers and made the rather difficult board approval easier on me. Yara is a true professional, who’s attentive to clients and always a pleasure to work with.

I am soo grateful to Yara and Martha for making my first homebuying experience a great one! That is not to say it was smooth, but evry bump and potentially obstacle, Yara was on it! Interestingly I found Yara from reading through Google reviews, after all the personal referrals for realtors that I got from various people weren't panning out. Yara was responsive from day one, and most importantly kept me motivated throughout my search. What I truly appreciated was her vast knowledge of Westchester, not just the areas where I was searching but all the mintue details and inner workings of different co-ops, how they were managed, etc. She also took the time to fully prepare me for the arduous process of applying to a co-op (good grief!) and when one issue after another arose she was on it, and helped get me to closing this week. I would definitely recommend and use her services again in the future!

"When I decided to sell my home of 41 years, I knew I needed someone with lots of experience. The home is old, and old homes always have some issues that will arise when trying to sell it. I was referred to Yara from someone else who told me she can work miracles. That's who I wanted. She knew the right price point to market the home, and we had an accepted deal to purchase my home above asking price within 7 days. From that point on, at least 4 issues came up that could have killed the transaction, but Yara did not let that happen. I can honestly say she single handily saved the deal from collapsing 4 separate times. From the day she listed it, to the negotiating, to the accepted offer, to the inspection, to the appraisal, to the hiring of contractors to fix some issues, to the day of the closing. She was there at every step. I have already recommended her to my friends and family."

I called her and came the following day. She listed my condo after couple of days. That week I had an offer and it went so smoothly after that.

I sold my house because of Yara. During the process Yara was my moral support. She was awesome throughout the process. She worked on my case 24 hrs. I could reach her anytime of the day or night. Any problem that surfaced Yara fixed it. Yara is kind ,compassionate ,smart,knowledgeable, professional to the extent that I forgot she was my real estate agent., she became my friend. Yara helped me buy my first home in the Bronx, NY in 2012. With me having zero knowledge and experience in real estate, she basically had to walk me through all of my baby steps. She patiently worked with me for about 2 years without ever making me feel like a burden (although I know I was). Yara puts her best effort into everything that she does. Whether it's making tons of appointments for you to view as many homes as you would like, negotiating the best deal for you as a buyer (even if it reduces her commission!), enlightening you on alternative choices you never even considered or thought you could afford (and ended up buying and loving my home for 8 years now), or just talking you through the stress that the banks, lawyers or anyone involved make you feel. She is there for ALL OF IT!!! She knew best about what I needed as a client and always treated me as though I was the most important part of her day. I googled "short sale specialist" and this is how I found her. Google landed the nail on the head with this one, SHE IS THE REAL DEAL! Could not have gotten a better deal or a smoother short sale buying process without all of her help. Cannot wait until it's time to buy my second property so we can do it again. She makes the process of buying a home enjoyable; Even for a person who had the limitations of no co-signer, limited income, fair/low average credit, young single parent and just a hot mess. Yara is everything you want in a realtor, no matter how fat or skinny your wallet is.

Hiring Yara is like hiring your one friend that you call whenever you need help with some issue. That’s how personally she takes her clients.
