Me and My wife were looking to buy after renting our house. Throughout the past several months, Yewok has been there every step of the way. Yework helped us close our first home and the service he provided to us was outstanding which led me write a review. We were in house market since 2019 right before COVId hits and got a chance to work with couple of agents in different states. I have never heard of any agent saying “No! We’re not buying this home because of xyz reason….” he works as if he is buying it for himself. He didn’t put any pressure on us to rush and make decision unlike other agents, he provide us constructive feedback and let us make the decision.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Yework . We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Yework , but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on and he really helped to take the pressure off of us.

We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Yework walked us through every step of the negotiations. We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Yework to them!

Where do I start I worked with Yework over the summer while I was living out of state. He took his time to send me home and give me great advice even though I didn’t listen. But finally I learned the hard way but he didn’t push me to his vision he gave me all the information and let me make my conclusion. To your surprise, Lets say you like the house and want to extend an offer, he will will be direct to say no if he thinks something is missing from the house as he is very detail oriented about the house and the surrounding. If you're looking to buy or sell a house, Yework Birre is a great person to work with. He does not push his customers to buy properties they don't like. He attentively listens to what you want and delivers it right to you. Unlike some other agents, he doesn't disappear. Yework is awesome! A Realtor with heart, brains, and passion. He is a joy to work with, on top of being incredibly knowledgeable. He always follows through, he is quick to reply, he is transparent and honest, and you can fully rely on him to get the job done right. I've worked with him for both purchase and free boundless professional advice for any investment property that I have been through. They are speechless. They all say two things, he is a man of his words! Never pressure any one to buy rather give you his honest and professional opinion and let you to make the decision.

What makes him special is that after you did your settlement he will keep you in his loop as a friend and a family. If you call him any time, for sure you got an answer. When we first met Yework Birre, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Yework would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Yework also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and we are loving it so far. My favorite Yework saying...
