We were so fortunate to have Yolanda as our realtor. When we first started looking for a home which was before Covid, we contacted her but then was unable to continue our search due to the pandemic. She kept our information on file and when we were ready I reached out to her and she updated all our info and we started our search. She kept us on track with what we really wanted because there is so much to choose from it can be distracting. We finally found our forever home and we closed in a months time. We will be forever grateful to her for guiding us on one of the most expensive journeys that anyone can be on and all within budget. We truly thank you!!! And …. Whatever work that needs to be done in your home, she has the vendor for it. You really don’t have to worry about anything once you start working with Yolanda, she has everything you will need!

Me and my wife was trying to sell our home. Yolanda Cook helped us every step of the way. She provided lawn care and maintenance for curb appeal. Gave us an outline of everything we needed to do to sell our house. We went through a few agents and nothing was happening with them.
