Yolanda Milanez

Yolanda began her real estate broker career in 2001. After she experienced for the first time handing over the keys to her clients dream home, she could not get enough of that thrill. She worked hard and endlessly to achieve her clients Real Estate dreams. Over the years Milanez has felt that her passion for real estate has grown due to countless referrals from ‘happy buyers and sellers’. Yolanda has expanded her knowledge in Real Estate in the Tri-Cities area and loves the steady market and now she is back for more.

Her mission as a real estate broker is to inform her clients of the process as well as providing a fun and stress-free environment. She finds that trusting in God leads throughout the process and creates an ambitious of peace and trust that she can instill on her clients. Milanez is confident that her clients know that she has their best interest at heart and that their needs always come first. With her skills and knowledge in Real Estate and Faith knowing that it all comes together as God’s Plan, makes the world of difference in her client’s process.


She truly enjoys being a part of the creation of the deal and working alongside of her clients. Yolanda mentions that her favorite scenario is when a client is unsure if they are even able to own their first home. But the result is her handing them their first pair of keys to their home. That is what she refers to as an ‘awesome feeling’.

Yolanda’s greatest accomplishment is being a mother to her three daughters and a son. Now her second love is Real Estate. She loves how she meets new people each time. In her eyes real estate is just more than making transactions. It is about building long last relationships. In her words, “I am here for you when you are ready for your next move.”
