Hello! My name is Marie-Yolaine Dantel, mostly known as Yolie. I have been practicing real estate for 17 years, with a background in Finance and Investments. After partnering with two brokerages along the years, I joined Keller Williams in 2022 and formed, along with my partner Matt Meyer, the MEYER-DANTEL Real Estate Group of Keller Williams City Life in Hoboken.
I specialize in every facet of residential real estate, including regular sales, short sales, foreclosures, and REOs. I work closely with individual buyers and sellers, as well as investors on their portfolio. I recognize that buying or selling a home could be someone’s most important transaction. Nothing makes me feel better than seeing my clients reach their goals and be happy.
I’ve lived in Northern New Jersey for over two decades, and as part of the community, I truly enjoy what I do. I am also fluent in French and Creole, which allows me to fully assist diverse groups.
