Yovany is amazing. We were connected on Zillow as first time home buyers and had the best experience. We found the home of our dreams within a week of meeting!

At the first listing we looked at / met Yovany, he could tell we were new and asked just the right questions to put together a list of 20 places - less than a day after we met. He was so professional, responsive and we never felt pressured. He gave us advice, answered all our questions and is super savvy and knows the Bay Area really well. He also was able to connect us with the right lender - having multiple options even during Covid. Most importantly- he got us our first choice on that list!

I highly recommend working with Yovany if you want to get things done!! We will definitely call Yovany when we are back in the market.

We were so fortunate to have found Yovany as our real estate agent. In this market, it is difficult to find an agent you can trust but Yovany has proven to be just that, the agent we could trust. Throughout the last couple of months, Yovavy has been there in every step of the way. He was patient as I traveled from Kansas to look at homes, the Bay Area is a tough market but Yovany's knowledge, professionalism and hard work ethic made us feel at ease. He answered all of our calls, emails, no matter what time of the day it was. He went above and beyond.

We can't speak highly enough of Yovany, he has an amazing energy. We never felt forced to make an offer, and when we found the property we wanted to buy, Yovany walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. Yovany employs unconventional strategies, he know the market well.

The best part of this is that we now have a new friend, a friendship that will continue to grow. I highly recommend Yovany to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
