About Yuri

I started my real estate career in 2004, focusing on new construction as I was experienced and had a background in that field. Quickly gained momentum in absorbing as much education as I could and reached and have maintained top producer status since. I joined RE/MAX shortly after being licensed and have been under the umbrella ever since. To me having RE/MAX as the company I chose to represent me meant I could offer competitive advantages to my clients (National branding, advertising, leads, education, constant changing technology, and much more) that they wouldn't receive at small independent companies. My career as a selling agent consisted of new construction sales, assisting the community in foreclosure avoidance by successfully negotiating short sales, and also the disposition of foreclosure properties for local, and national financial institutions like Fannie Mae and HUD. I maintain an excellent score card to date with all of these financial institutions.
In 2012 I decided to open my own brokerage under the RE/MAX umbrella with 2 office locations Nampa, Idaho and Eagle, Idaho. With the same MISSION: TO EMPOWER OUR AGENTS WITH THE TOOLS AND COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES THEY NEED TO ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS. I started with 1 agent. Over the last 6 years we have had a steady growth, growing to 44 agents with very low turnover. All of my agents are full time, as we believe Real Estate is a full time profession and career and you don't get good at doing something only a few times a year. We want the most experienced, productive agents representing us and our community, and that is exactly who we are. My passion is empowering others, and seeing the growth they can attain with a little guidance. To do this I constantly hold many monthly training's not just to agents on how to professionally serve each client but also training's in the community for buyers in both English and Spanish so that they are professionally educated on the entire home buying process and are able to make informed decisions. I look forward to assisting you with your real estate needs!
