About Yvette

Yvette moved to Central Virginia from New Jersey at age 5 and she has considered the area home for over 30 years. Shortly after graduating high school in Fluvanna County, she sold her first property and haven’t looked back. Now with almost 23 years of experience she is a licensed broker with Avenue Realty. Having lived in Buckingham, Louisa, Albemarle and Nelson counties as well as the city of Charlottesville. she now calls Fluvanna County home once again with her husband Luke and 3 children.

She loves helping families design their DREAM home and then help them understand the building process from start to finish. A lot of folks think the building process is very complicated and stressful. The builders and she has worked hard over the years to design an easy and stress-free building experience for our customers.

Yvette has a have a small property management company at Laurel Oak Property Management LLC. She currently manages residential homes, condos and townhomes in Fluvanna, Albemarle, and Charlottesville.

When not working my family ands he loves checking out all the wonderful things Charlottesville has to offer such as restaurants, hiking in the blue ridge mountains, wineries, breweries, downtown Charlottesville and most importantly any sporting event at UVA.
