I felt the connection at our first meeting. Lovely personality and knows what she’s doing. Yvona was so great to work with. Communication is high on her list of priorities and it shows. She would always, ALWAYS respond and with a true answer and/or guidance. She calmed concerns and we truly felt she had our best interest in mind every step of the process. Working with Yvona was great!

It may sound cliche, but she is someone who knows what is worth fighting for and will fight for it.

Yvona is the best option if you want an offer that will get accepted. She helped get reasonable repairs & my concessions accounted for too. She knows you don’t want to leave money on the table so you need someone who knows that value and presents appropriate requests as a buyer/seller.

Finding houses is easy enough with websites these days, but not getting hosed on the purchase is where experience is needed. Yvona has that experience and guidance that you may need.
