About Yvonne

Yvonne earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Adelphi University in New York. Upon graduation she accepted an opportunity as an auditor for one of the top six accounting firms in the United States. It was here that she accelerated her skills for detail, procedure, and overall accountability. These skills have transcended all areas of her professional life. Several years later, Yvonne migrated to San Diego and soon realized that her education and work ethic were conducive to self-employment. She obtained her real estate brokers license and made the transition. Initially Yvonne worked with an affiliated brokerage. She quickly found that her past accounting and auditing experience, along with her people skills were attracting resolute and loyal clients. Yvonne decided that it was in her best interest, and that of her clients to become an independent broker. Soon thereafter, she was approached by a client and asked to manage their investment property. Referrals and word of mouth continued to yield additional management opportunities. Years later, Yvonne decided to pursue a master degree in Taxation. With her inherent diligence and love of mathematics and numbers, the additional credential was a perfect fit. While pursuing her masters in taxation, she met a fellow student with like personal and professional ethics. Upon graduation they created a tax firm partnership that has been successful for 25 years. With great energy Yvonne has managed her real estate, property management, and tax business more than 30 years.
