HOT TIP of the day: make a consultation appointment with an experienced Realtor and commit. If you need to- choose several agents to talk to. 15 minutes of your time can save thousands in the purchase or sale process, never mind reducing the stress and anxiety. Keep in mind, the process is more that just finding a home- there's HOA requirements, financing, inspections, negotiating the best terms, looking at market trends.
Community Involvement: I have been an avid supporter of the Boy Scouts, and assisted my son's troop & eventually became a 'Scout Master.' I am also on the Board of Directors for a non-profit group called 'The Shirley Wish-In-Sky' foundation which helps people in need get back on their feet.
