We can’t say enough wonderful things about Yvonne. Selling your home is such a personal time and you need someone who understands that. She was so helpful and knowledgeable for the entire sales process of our home. She was high end, from the professional photographer, to beautiful custom sales brochures and the amazing listing led to our home being sold in FIVE DAYS! She guided us and negotiated the perfect sales contract for us. No matter day/night she was always responsive to us via calls and text. She made us feel special and cared for which is exactly what we were looking for. Do not hesitate to use Yvonne to buy or sell your home.

While I have known Yvonne on a personal level for many years, six years ago was my first professional encounter. Yvonne had found me my first home. It was a wonderful buying experience.

Yvonne was wonderful in helping me sell my house and buy a new home. She is very knowledgable, professional and personable. It was my first time selling a house, so she lead me through the entire process and answered every question I had. When we were looking at houses, she took the time to learn our must haves and deal breakers, and was great in quickly getting us into the houses we wanted to see, which was essential in the crazy real estate market right now! Yvonne was awesome to work with. My particular move was a relocation within my company. Not only were we unfamiliar with selling a house, but we were unfamiliar with dealing with a relocation company. Yvonne was a huge help in both of these processes. She was very familiar with working relocations. It made our move much less stressful. She was able to present and sell our house in only a couple of days. If we move back into the area we’ll be sure to use Yvonne!

Yvonne was awesome to work with. She had our house listed and sold in 2 weeks AND did everything she could to help us find our new home. She stuck by us and made herself readily available through a very stressful, and “limited” buyers market. Yvonne even entertained our 2 young daughters during a showing so that we didn’t have to reschedule due to babysitting issues. (She is now called “Yaveen”) After nearly 4 months of putting up with my husband and I, and never once giving up on us with our insane amount of frustrations, never ending questions, crazy schedules and indecisiveness, we found our dream home!!! When I couldn't sell my house (buyer's market), my sister said, "Call Yvonne Kuhn." She sold my house in 2 weeks. Fast forward 8 years. We want to move and gave Yvonne an impossible property to find.
