Very responsive and always reaching out to give updates about where we were in the process. House hunting was such a blast simply because of Yvonne’s energy! This is my experience with Yvonne. I met her 3 years into searching for homes. She was recommended by one of my good friends during a time where I was going to take a break from looking with prices going up out of what we could afford. I talked to her for the 1st time late January 2022. Right off the start I knew she was different than other realtor people. She met my partner in February 2022. We looked at a houses everytime we saw something that caught our eye, which was already different than the experience we had for 3 years prior. We closed on a house in April 2022. I was ready to give up until I met Yvonne. She is a great person works hard for you and I am telling you; she listens and will get you what you want. Other realtors I would tell them what I was looking for but they would take me to I feel home they liked. Every house I looked with Yvonne showed us was exactly what we asked for and no matter how many times we changed our mind she would find exactly what we told her was important. I would highly recommend working with her if you want a enjoyable smooth experience while looking for new homes and get closing done quickly! Eventually when I look for more homes, I know exactly who I will be contacting.

I’m a first time home buyer that has been looking for a house in this crazy market for over 2 years. Being first time home buyers is a stressful learning experience, and then searching in this market made it even more stressful & challenging. I was introduced to Yvonne through a friend and I knew the day I met her, she’d be the one to find our house. And just like that, a little over a month after meeting her…she found our home & closed the deal! Her energy, experience, and knowledge makes her a great realtor. She surrounds herself with an amazing & attentive team that made the process smooth & easier. She worked for us - she understood our wants & needs and found listings that met them. The best Realtor I have ever experienced. She is very persistent, reliable and on a mission, to make your dreams of owning a home come true. There is no giving up in this woman, you want to find that home, that’s been waiting for you out there, Yvonne will take you there with full dedication. Her personality is uplifting and even if there are some bumps in the road, she will positively get you through any steps needed to be taken and clears the paths!
