She was able to move mountains to get it listed quickly and got us under contract in 10 days. I had decided the time to sell my house was last September 2021. The time and the market were right. Yvonne was right there walking me through the process, step by step. She is very knowledgable and made it very easy to navigate the sale of a manufactured home. The contract on my home was ultimately terminated but it was not through any fault of Yvonne. It was instead a perfect storm of Covid, supply shortages, inflated pricing, backlog at the title companies and a shortage of new homes that made selling become a disadvantage rather than an advantage. But Yvonne was right there to give options and information and make sure all the proper steps were followed. I would strongly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell and will definitely use her services again if needed.

We were purchasing a property that had been foreclosed by a bank, and Yvonne worked very hard to get all the necessary information we needed about the home.
