Zach Costello

Zach spent the first five years of his career building a company that he co-founded, Costello Holding Company, LLC, which currently owns and operates multiple restaurant franchises in Northern Va. Zach gave up full-time operations of CHC in order to pursue a career in real estate, and now serves on the company board in an advisory role.

Zach was born and raised in Northern Virginia, and having lived and worked in the area for his entire life, he has a very thorough knowledge of the local market. Zach's knowledge of the Northern Virginia market, combined with his extensive experience in contract negotiations and marketing, make him your ideal Realtor.

Zach currently lives in Fairfax with his wife, Casey, and their two boys. In his free time, Zach enjoys spending time with his family and friends, reading, and Washington Nationals baseball.
