Zach went above and beyond for us when we bought our first home earlier this month. He kept in constant communication with us and explained every little detail to us. This was a hard decision for us to put this property on the market. But Zach truly helped in the decision and worked soo hard to find the right buyer. Zach has sold two of our properties recently, one business and one home, and we couldn’t be more excited. We were in a bit of a situation, in that we plan to move out of state soon and we needed these properties to sell before we could feel comfortable with our move. Our home was barely listed, and he already had interested parties lined up. Within hours our house sold for asking price, and to make it easier for both us, and the buyer, much of the house furnishings went with the house. Zach makes what could have been a stressful process, stress free and seamless, whether you are trying to sell a house or a business. He is professional, knowledgeable, and personable, moreover, just a great person. It is worth mentioning that a percentage of the realtor’s commission goes towards student scholarships, which is just another example that he and his family are doing great things for the community. I called Zach on a whim and told him I thought I was ready to start looking at houses. That afternoon we looked at 4-5 houses, finding one that was perfect for us. Being a newly single mom, I was extremely nervous about it all, but Zach walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, set up inspections, and even came over once we had moved in to answer more questions.
