I am a Columbus area native and and an Auburn University graduate. For over 25 years my family has been serving the area's real estate needs, and I am proud to be part of that tradition. We were incredibly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and amazing attention to detail . He made the home buying process very easy and painless for us. He listened to what we wanted and did not pressure us to look beyond the parameters we set. He showed us 20+ possible houses and was very patient with us throughout our search. He recommended the very best in the field to aid us through each stage of the process. His advice and guidance was invaluable. His attention to detail, knowledge of the field and no-pressure approach were greatly appreciated. We can't imagine going through this process with anyone but him. We had complete confidence in his ability to efficiently manage the purchase of our new home. Anybody that buys or sells property in the Tri-City Area which encompasses Columbus, GA, Phenix City, AL and all of Harris County, and does not use Zach, will surely have a less than optimal experience.

Zach did a wonderful job helping us purchase a rental property. When the seller tried to deny payment of the security deposit at the last moment, Zach was responsive and made sure the contract was honored. We always felt that he was looking after our best interest, and I would recommend his services to anyone.
