About Zach

Zach was blessed with the opportunity to grow up surrounded by values of hard work, dedication, and compassion. Growing up as an "Air Force Brat" also allowed him to experience traveling and meeting people around the world. All this taught him to adapt to change as well as communicate effectively, allowing him to find commonalities and become friends with nearly everyone he meets! Zach is Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas and later moved to Northern California and Hawaii during his childhood. Zach moved overseas in 2008 and after spending six years in Okinawa, Japan quickly working his way up to Pro Shop Manager at the Kadena Air Base Golf Course, Zach moved to Oklahoma to continue his career with the Air Force in a supervisory customer service role. In 2015 Zach, his wife Jordan, and their dog Minnie (Yes, like Minnie Mouse!!) quit their jobs and moved to Florida on a whim to pursue careers that were more meaningful to them, and they could see themselves doing for years to come. Since moving to Florida, they have never looked back and have never been happier. Zach's immense customer service background and knowledge gained from his Bachelor of Science in Business Management allows him to provide his customers a home buying experience like none other. Zach's primary focus in every transaction is going the extra mile and keeping a stress-free home selling/buying process for his customers. Zach exceeded expectations his first full year in the business with nearly $4 Million in closed real estate sales in 2016 and went on to close in excess of $6 Million each year since! Zach views real estate as a life-long career and business, not a quick dollar to be made. He sets aside hours each week for communication with past customers to assure they are still completely satisfied and to further the friendship he has created with each of them. Zach continues to learn in grow in the Real Estate industry, in 2018 he earned his Florida Real Estate Brokers license and in 2019 he completed his GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) designation.
