Zac has bought and sold a few places for me. We first did business on a home I had to short sell. He was the third person I used, and completed the whole process in less than 25% of the time as my prior agents. Next, we needed a place to live. He found us exactly what we wanted, and negotiated a deal. The home was off market. When I refer him, I call him Off Market Mazur. I highly recommend using his help.
