Zachary Nichols

Raised in Cloverdale, I grew up with a passion for serving and helping others. My upbringing, coupled with some excellent advice from my wonderful parents, Pastor Matt and Andrea Nichols, eventually led me to Charis Bible College in Colorado. I graduated with an associate degree in biblical studies, while working part time as a car salesman at the most successful used car dealer in the nation. Following my studies, I left for the military to pursue my desire to serve. I joined the Marine Corps, where discipline, professionalism, diligence, plenty of hard work, critical thinking skills, and so much more were required of me on a daily basis as I operated in some of the most hostile terrain this world has to offer. 

Armed with a degree, plenty of life experience, an eagerness to serve you and our community, along with the supervision, wisdom & guidance of The Steve Custis Team based out of the RE/MAX Cornerstone office (which has been the #1 real estate office in Putnam County since it's origination in 2015); I will provide you with superior professional and personal service before, during, and long after your successful Real Estate transaction is completed.
