About Zachary

Zac began his career in real estate in the Spring of 2015 while working in his father’s business on the construction of a custom home, when it occurred to him: If you can build a home, why can’t you sell it as well? Within weeks, he obtained his real estate license and has been a full-time agent ever since.

Zac was born and raised in the Howard-Suamico area, where he currently resides and enjoys raising his family with his wife, Kristin. He left briefly to earn his bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Sales from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, where he also competed in collegiate baseball for four years. Throughout college and high school, Zac also spent his Summers working in the family business, Pete & Sons Construction. The knowledge and experience he gained as a devoted team player who’s worked to build new homes and renovate existing ones has proven to be extremely valuable in his career as a real estate consultant. This extensive experience and background allows Zac to provide the knowledge and insight needed to assist his clients in making smart decisions when it comes to selling or purchasing a home in today’s fast-paced market. Along with his credentials as a realtor and builder, Zac’s great love of the outdoors has played a key role in working with clients who are looking to sell or buy properties with larger acreage. He is not afraid to walk all four corners of a 40-acre property if it will provide the value and insight that comes from fully exploring these properties with his clientele.
